Does not seem sufficient for article

I don't understand why there is a separate article on this - why not treat it in an article about the detention facility and its policies? and just because the phone calls of four detainees have been written about by the media, does not make them notable enough for an encyclopedia. I think this should be deleted, or merged with one about conditions there.Parkwells (talk) 22:18, 5 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
