This article is abysmally non-encyclopedic. It's probably a strong candidate to be nominated for deletion, it's so bad. Unfortunately, I don't know enough about the topic to go through and correct the factual stuff but from the standpoint of what a Wikipedia article is supposed to be, this thing needs complete top-to-bottom overhaul.
