Contested deletion

This page should not be speedy deleted because it does meet the following notability criteria:

The band has been the subject of multiple, non-trivial, published works appearing in sources that are reliable and are independent from the musician or ensemble itself

The band has been placed in rotation nationally by any major radio network (The Amsterdams were aired more than once at BBC6).

The band has been the subject of a half-hour or longer broadcast across a national radio or TV network (I can provide a link if necessary)

So please reconsider the speedy deletion thing. Thanks.

P.S. A personal opinion: even if it was an article which had been previously deleted, it seems a little bit unfair to propose it for speedy deletion when it's not even finished. --Eva Mitocondriala (talk) 15:34, 30 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]
