Missing pages

Apparently there was some pages missing from the first edition, included in the integrale (collected) edition from 2007. Were these pages present in later editions of the album, or haven't they been reprinted until now? 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 22:35, 25 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
