novel or non-fiction?

[edit]

This article is titled The Great Fire (children's novel) and the genre is non-fiction. I believe it is non-fiction and thus not a novel, per the publisher's page here. Can the page title be changed to show it not a novel, nothing fictional? It is aimed at children, that is true. Oddly, the book is written up like a novel, as if those were fictional characters and not real people involved in the fire. The plot summary reads like a short version of the Wikipedia article on the fire, Great Chicago Fire. More strangely, this text book is used as a source in that Wikipedia article, for the point about the sidewalks and many streets being made of wood, as well as the homes being built of wood. --Prairieplant (talk) 23:57, 25 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
