Maybe a section explaining the criticism that the Senlis Council was getting from making analysis about Iraq or Afghanistan after spending 2-3 days on the field and the rest of their research time, cozy in the UK.
I believe that could explain the sudden change of name.
Anyhow, this article is too pro-ICOS and should at the very least, explain the change of name.
