The producer of the LP was Johnny Franz Tim Dufeu. Sang most of the saparno tracks
together with Madilene Bell and Kiki Dee on one of the the tracks The Trees Will Wake Up Soon.
Feels a bit nit-picky to point this out, but Magic Potion wasn't the first time double bass drums were used in a rock band, also I'm not 100% sure that the drummer is using double bass drums. During the section with the bass drum rolls the hi-hat is being opened and closed, which uses one foot and is therefore impossible if both of your feet are already playing bass drums. If it was two bass drums then the hi-hat must have been dubbed on afterwards. Otherwise I'd guess it was an echo effect, similar to the one used on the Small Faces track Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake.
