Though it didn't last long, I'm certain that the paper lasted for more than one edition - I know this because I used to buy it and recall a Reader's Letters pade where someone wrote in to say the articles were very text heavy (which they were). I'd say it lasted for about six issues.

I also recall Cliff Hards' association with it. It was published from Knowle High St. (near Solihull), which is and was one of the most expensive areas of the Midlands to live; I suppose Mr Hards could afford to live there — Preceding unsigned comment added by Meltingpot (talkcontribs) 18:53, 3 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Just a thought - maybe it was originally launched for just one edition and then folded, hence the Independent's article saying so was correct, but was then relaunched three years later? I seem to recall seeing it at the tail end of 1999 and into early 2000.
