Fixing issues

I am going through each of the Malory Towers articles to fix the various issues that have been identified. For most of the articles, this is going to involve a total rewrite of the "Plot Summary" sections which are way below an acceptable standard. I am also adding infoboxes, "Characters" and "Reviews" sections and external citations. I will also create new articles for "In the Fourth at Malory Towers" and "Last Term at Malory Towers."
