Bankruptcy and alleged fraud
[edit]This page is missing a lot of the history surrounding the 2008 SemGroup bankruptcy and the very public examiner's report by Louis Freeh accusing "the former SemGroup CEO of misleading creditors and leading a speculative and secretive oil futures trading strategy that broke SemGroup."
Interesting how that saga was reduced to 2 sentences.
Additional material that should be considered and incorporated.
