Unclear writing
[edit]The section Early life includes this sentence:
"His 21-year old younger brother, Eli Lustman Welliver, was killed in mid-May 1991 by an accidental overdose when spiked with heroin during an ..."
It is entirely unclear what exactly was "spiked with heroin".
