What happened to money investors put up as a deposit for purchasing one or more units in the Torre de la Escollera project after this twist of events where the building was demolished (from July to November 2007)? Was there an instrument in this case for them to get their money back, or did those who were holding the deposits take the money and run, as has been suggested?
