Merge proposal
[edit]This appears to be a part of Tottenville, not a separate neighborhood. The reference points to the subway map. The subway map shows "Tottenville Beach" in the same font as "Conference House Park", which is also not a neighborhood. I think it should be merged with the Tottenville article.
