Redirect from Trigga
[edit]You shouldn't be directed to here from "Trigga" that's a completely different British MC, nothing to do with Trey Songz. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.146.180.91 (talk) 15:06, 16 January 2012 (UTC)

Speedy deletion
[edit]This is a fan page or an advertising related to a non-notable musician. There are tons of these deleted every day in Wikipedia. See WP:MUSIC for whether this article deserves to have a place here; I think it doesn't. Unless someone explains to me why it should be kept, I'm going to delete this article. --Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 15:07, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
- I think you should take another look at WP:MUSIC. Kappa 17:17, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
- I have. While it does mention chart hits, I still don't see much notability: less-than-one-year trajectory, one album, with one song hitting #3 in one specialized chart. I also see that my speedy delete request has been turned into a request for deletion based on Google hits (though WP:MUSIC doesn't mention web popularity). That's probably better for discussion. --Pablo D. Flores (Talk) 17:36, 17 December 2005 (UTC)
- Trey Songz is an Atlantic Records recording artist, who has hosted BET television shows, been featured in major music media (MTV, MTV.com, Vibe magazine, etc.), and released a charting album and a charting single. That places him higher in notablility than a lot of other artists here. --FuriousFreddy 19:13, 19 December 2005

Beef with R. Kelly?
[edit]Thatss fucking stupid >> Hit R&B singer Trey Songz continues to down-play multiple reports that are trying to ignite a music-beef with fellow singer and hitmaker R Kelly, despite Trey Songz having harsh words for R Kelly and even releasing the "Death Of Kells" song recently. According to Trey Songz, he is trying to look beyond R Kelly and is even setting up his follow up to his last album, 2009's "Ready." There will be new hit singles coming.

okay so i have never heard of a beef between r-kelly and trey songz.. however trey songz is a much younger and more talented version of r-kelly. Trey songz does not only talk about explicit material in most of his music like r-kelly does. --T-baby404 (talk) 04:05, 17 March 2010 (UTC)

Why dosent he have a picture up?
[edit]There should definetely be a picture of him up here for Gods sake he is a Grammy nominated artist who's album went gold. There are alot more people with alot less accolades than him that have pictures up on their wikipedias. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.92.119.44 (talk) 01:39, 11 July 2010 (UTC)

Please change where you have that Tremaine was born in Petersburg Virginia to Richmond Virginia. My source is the first episode of Trey Songz: My Moment, at 3 minutes and 40 seconds. He says "I was born in Richmond Virginia. but was raised in Petersburg Virgina." Here is a link to the video http://thatgrapejuice.net/2010/06/video-trey-songz-moment-episode-1/ Karina8205 (talk) 02:31, 1 February 2012 (UTC)
Not done: An interview is not as good a reference as the current bio. If you can find a better biography that goes to that detail, then we could change it. Thanks, Celestra (talk) 05:52, 2 February 2012 (UTC)

Orphaned references in Trey Songz
[edit]I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of Trey Songz's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

There is an error in the bio (early life section) Looks like an overzealous fan put in there that he has been married to a Kanaan Williams since 2008. Trey Songz is not married nor engaged. This needs to be corrected. Angelaeaster (talk) 22:15, 10 April 2016 (UTC)

Please change "Spouse(s) Sarah Cobb" in Trey Songz wiki, he is not married at all, which means he isn't married to Sarah Cobb...this is false information. Collinsmariah327 (talk) 06:14, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
