Worst Disaster?

[edit]

The worst disaster in Georgia history? That seems unlikely. Surely even among hurricane disasters, the 1893 Sea Islands Hurricane was worse. Jdorje 03:17, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, I see no source reference for the statement and it sounds like an opinion anyway. I'm tempted to remove it.

Retirement

[edit]

Two bad decisions by the WMO in the same year, God! Stupid bureaucrats.

Todo

[edit]

More impact. Jdorje 21:19, 11 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd still like to see inline sources and a little more structure to the impact section before signing off on this one as a B. Only because once it's a B we probably won't look at it again for a long time - otherwise it can be upgraded. Jdorje 01:05, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tropical Storm Alberto (1994)Tropical Storm Alberto – Obviously the primary topic. Jdcomix (talk) 14:23, 30 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No, it's not analogous to Tropical Storm Allison. Allison was retired, so it automatically becomes the primary topic. Alberto (1994) was not retired, so it's a different issue. -- Tavix (talk) 16:00, 18 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
