For future reference: Macao's Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau issues their equivalent of Tropical Cyclone Reports (here), and so does the Hong Kong Observatory (here). They haven't reached Higos (numbered 2007), but when they do their reports will likely contain useful information. Member reports from the typhoon committee's 15th Integrated Workshop (if it happens, should be early November) will also be useful. ~ KN2731 {talk · contribs} 15:04, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
