  • Founded in 1954, but lists Sauder as a notable alumni receiving his B.Com in 1948. Anyone care to explain that? Deet 21:39, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Also, history section doesn't mention anything of note in 1954. I'm going to change founded date to be aligned with history section. Deet 11:51, 20 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • I will check the history board and find the actual date of the faculty's establishment. The confusing part is that there are 3 real "establishment" dates, there is the date the Sauder School was named, the Year the Faculty was Created and the year the first degree was offered (through Arts). • I changed the year founded to 1956, this reflects the promotion of "50 years of Commerce at UBC" by SSB and the UBC History Page that I have added as a relevant link.

What does this mean:

November 24, 2006 - The construction of a CDN $65 million building extension and renovation to the Sauder School of Business gains approval from PhD, Masters, and Undergraduate students.

Is this the result of some election, is it a poll, or is this mere advertising?--Paul from Michigan (talk) 06:53, 23 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
