When is it required?

[edit]

At what times are US military personnel required to wear the uniform? --Jerome Potts (talk) 03:43, 10 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

When on duty (working). They are allowed to wear some uniforms off duty, although there are some restrictions. Illegitimate Barrister (talk) 19:22, 26 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
It's more subtle than that; commanders can require wear of uniforms when off-duty, e.g. in combat zones. See section 1-13 here. — Brianhe (talk) 04:45, 28 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Joint Service Drill

[edit]

Interesting to see that the Armed Forces, according to the Joint Service Drill photo doesn't include the Air Force...they're not part of the Armed Forces?85.229.48.166 (talk) 20:41, 24 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
