Poor Quality
[edit]I'm not really sure what topic this article is trying to cover. Is the "United States federal register of greenhouse gas emissions" an actual thing? It seems like its just a copy of some government report. Its very pro-US policy, and even encourages you to contact the EPA. Ehlkej (talk) 04:43, 29 June 2008 (UTC)
