The policy as spelled out at Wikipedia:Article titles requires that the article title is to use the name that is most frequently used to refer to the subject in English-language reliable sources. This applies to the title of the article – but within the text of the article, pursuant to WP:MOSBIO, the person's legal name should usually appear first in the article. I have moved the article to the version of the name with diacritics, because although the above comments about English language reliable sources, none are shown for this article and thus the original title (including diacritics) should be used. Also note that this article previously existed at the diacritic version for five years before last year's move. Cloudz67917:41, 4 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
