Just to be clear, a redirect does not imply that the concept is identical to the article title, but that the subject is sufficiently discussed in the article redirected to. That is clearly the case, and if we think there is more to say it can be added to virtual memory. There is no need to have a separate article here that will only ever have one or two sentences in.
