I listen to this station. Between 2007 and 2011, I remember noticing that the station changed formats from Light Adult Contemporary to Oldies/Classic Hits. This information needs to be included in the article. 72.86.13.155 (talk) 17:07, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Not done: The repeated addition of this information to the article is precisely why the article was semi-protected a few days ago. You will need to provide a reliable source in order for this information to be added to the article. Simply stating what you've noticed based on your listening to the station is considered original research and is not permissible in Wikipedia articles per Wikipedia's Core Content Policies. --ElHef (Meep?) 18:17, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Been trying to find locate a source. If someone could help with that I would gladly appreciate it. - 72.86.13.155 (talk) 20:57, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- That's the whole purpose of putting citation needed. - 72.86.13.155 (talk) 21:00, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Here's a source confirming the update to Oldies: http://en.inforapid.org/index.php?search=WSNV - 72.86.13.155 (talk) 21:15, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- That source you have there is just a mirror of this very page, not a reliable source. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 21:23, 30 June 2013 (UTC)

Once again, if someone could find a source that is considered "reliable", I'd gladly appreciate it because it needs to be updated to reflect what is currently playing on the station, which is 1960s - 1980s music. No current music is on the station anymore. - 72.86.13.155 (talk) 21:32, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Not done: please be more specific about what needs to be changed. Although there is a tag to indicate a source is needed, the article indicates the current format is Oldies and Classic Hits. So it's unclear what change you're asking for. Rivertorch (talk) 21:44, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- What needs to be updated is in the History section. We need a new sentence at the end of the first paragraph, saying that the station currently broadcasts as Oldies/Classic Hits, playing music from the 1960s to the 1980s and we need a "reliable" source for that. I've tried searching for a source on Google but have been unsuccessful so far. - 72.86.13.155 (talk) 22:14, 30 June 2013 (UTC)
- Wikipedia articles typically don't use words such as "currently" because doing so inevitably make articles outdated. (See the relevant section in the Manual of Style.) With some misgivings, since it remains unsourced (Clear Channel apparently doesn't see fit to identify the format on the station's web site), I've changed the wording to simply say that the format switched to Oldies and Classic Hits, with no mention of when the change happened or whether it's still in effect. The wording should not explicitly state that it's still in effect unless that can be sourced, and it's doubtful that leaving this edit request open will lead to a source being found. Rivertorch (talk) 05:28, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
- Ok. Thanks. 71.254.90.13 (talk) 10:22, 1 July 2013 (UTC)
