Remon/Lemon

[edit]

I know that the word "檸檬" could be romanised as "Remon." But, isn't it derived from English "Lemon" and, according to Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Japan-related articles, shouldn't it therefore be written as "Lemon" (instead of "Remon")? --Aristitleism (talk) 16:26, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The "official" subs by Crunchyroll translate it as Remon, so that's probably what should be used.-- 20:47, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for information about the English sub! I watch the sub in another language :) --Aristitleism (talk) 23:01, 18 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Kaito's education

[edit]

Is, at the beginning of the Anime, Kaito a first or second year student? The "Characters" section says he is in the first year, but the "Episode list" section says he is in the second year. --Aristitleism (talk) 14:38, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

He's a first-year.-- 21:08, 27 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. I've corrected the "Episode list" section. --Aristitleism (talk) 08:12, 28 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rinon & the M.I.B.

[edit]

In Other Characters / Rinon / I question that "Rinon remains on Earth and stays with Remon at the Men in Black agency." I interpreted this differently, seeing it as a foreshadowing that Ichika had returned. More that Rinon was there later as a M.I.B. visitor and Ichika might have been in the building as well (if offscreen).

I could be wrong and would suggest just the statement that "Some time after Ichika returns to her home planet, Rinon is seen with Remon at the Men in Black agency. Rinon is later on Ichika's shoulder again after her return to Earth." 50.39.126.52 (talk) 12:21, 14 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's implied that Rinon stays with the MIB and helps them reverse engineer a spaceship (evidenced by the diagram/blueprint on the display). In the long term, this is what brings Earth out of their "Class F" industrial classification, and allows Takatsuki to legally return. 66.25.8.192 (talk) 21:24, 7 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The (announced?) new season would be an OVA

[edit]

Hello everybody. According to this source (http://yaraon.blog109.fc2.com/blog-entry-22706.html) the announced second season would be an OVA included in a BD BOX. There, you would see a capture of the artbook with an announce titled «Blu-ray BOX set for release this summer» (今夏Blu-ray BOX 発売決定!) and below you can see «12 episodes + 1 additional OVA» (12話 + 新作OVA 1 話追加収録!).

But according to ANN (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/news/2014-03-21/waiting-in-the-summer/ano-natsu-de-matteru-gets-new-anime), it will be a complete second season. What do you think? --Zerabat (talk) 13:40, 22 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lemon's identity

[edit]

The character of Lemon Yamano has the same naming sense as the character of Ichigo Morino from the prequels Please Teacher and Please Twins (one means "lemon from the mountain" while the other is "strawberry from the [hill] forest"), and also the same character design and personality (as of Please Twins). Her contacts and the fact that her true age doesn't match with her apparent age (she was either a classmate or an upperclassman of Ishigaki's sister) also match with the backstory of Ichigo Morino. Is there any confirmation or denial that both of them are the same?--159.147.50.15 (talk) 18:15, 15 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
