Suggestions

Not done @Upjav: There is no need of moving the article if we go through these articles on en.wiki Websites blocked in China, Websites blocked in the United Kingdom and Websites blocked in Belgium. Type of block

Until now the blocks were only at http level. https used to work, but it seems now they are blocking at IP level. For eg. I am unable to connect to IP addresses 104.27.135.181 and 104.27.134.181, which are behind torrentz2.eu, from BSNL connection. 117.195.50.40 (talk) 02:28, 15 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]
