Removed category entry

I've removed the category of "Awards and Decorations of the Civil Air Patrol" because the Wright Borthers Master Pilot Award is not a Civil Air Patrol award or decoration. Review of the material in the article, as well as a review of the source information on the FAA website shows that this award has nothing to do with the CAP, even if a number of recipients happened to be (or have previously been) members of that organization.
