why is it I keep hearing about some demo marred by this rapper's voice when myself and many other people i know had working copies without this voice way before the release date? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.240.52.200 (talkcontribs).

I answered my own question

Profile: Mike Scheer is a multimedia artist currently living in Portland, Oregon. He has been doing visual art and making music since he was young. His published materials include album covers for Treepeople, Built To Spill, The Prids, and others, a variety of 7" single covers, magazine features of his art (in Plazm Magazine, Metropolis Monthly, Black Milk and Paperback Jukebox) and a postcard book of 15 of his ballpoint pen images published by Cavity Search Records called "Laundromatsmell". He has also directed two music videos for Built To Spill; The first video being a live-action video shot on a farm for the song "In The Morning" which features slow motion chickens, a live backwards pig, the "Built To Spill Dancers" (dance choreography by Doug Martsch) and a singing puppet pig. The second video was animated in stop motion by Mike for the song "Untrustable" with puppets and environments he created. Both were aired numerous times on MTV's 120 Minutes. 170.173.0.21 (talk) 13:02, 27 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
