Tarun Mansukhani is an Indian film director and writer who works in Hindi cinema. He has directed 2008 film Dostana produced by Karan Johar starring Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham and Priyanka Chopra. He is one of the richest Indian Filmmaker[1] Born into a Sindhi family,[2] he was educated at the Lawrence School, Sanawar.[citation needed] Beyond the world of film, Mansukhani directed a television commercial entitled "Lead India" to promote voting at the national elections. This was produced by Dharma Productions.
