Anita Halpin
[edit]- ... that in 2006, English communist Anita Halpin recovered Berlin Street Scene (pictured) by Ernst Kirchner, which was looted from her grandfather by the Nazis, and sold it for £20.5m?

2x expanded and sourced (BLP) by Philafrenzy (talk). Self-nominated at 22:34, 1 August 2017 (UTC).
- New enough (BLP expanded from 922 to 3341 B "readable prose size") on 25 July, long enough, fully referenced. Hook fine, supported by online reference. Image fine, appropriately licensed. QPQ not done. Hawkeye7 (talk) 06:42, 3 August 2017 (UTC)
- QPQ done. Philafrenzy (talk) 00:09, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
- Should it have the words "the painting" in the hook? Philafrenzy (talk) 00:10, 13 August 2017 (UTC)
- Philafrenzy, Hawkeye7, this article does not qualify for the 2x unsourced BLP exception, since it had five referenced sources prior to the recent expansion. A 5x expansion will be required from the 922 prose characters present before the expansion began, requiring 4610 prose characters; as Hawkeye7 noted, there are currently 3341 prose characters, so another 1269 prose characters will need to be added for it to qualify. - @Philafrenzy: If you still want to go through with the nomination, I suggest adding to the article's lead. It's quite sparse right now, and would be an easy way to add the needed prose. --Usernameunique (talk) 05:56, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
- Good idea. I will see what I can do. Philafrenzy (talk) 08:31, 26 August 2017 (UTC)
- Philafrenzy I've added some to the article. By my count you now only need 855 characters. --Usernameunique (talk) 00:43, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
- Added some more to finish it off; my count is now 4,632, which just pushes it over the 5x edge. Reluctant to give the tick of approval myself considering how much I have now contributed. Philafrenzy, all set or any other problems? --Usernameunique (talk) 01:19, 5 September 2017 (UTC)

- Article was not eligible for a BLP expansion, but has now been (just about) expanded 5x. We're really stretching the prose here, but I'd be okay with it once the other issue is addressed. There is a CN tag which needs attention. Hook is interesting, image is appropriately licensed, visible at the smaller size, and used in the article. Hook fact is in the article, and cited. Earwig's tool only flags common phrases. Vanamonde (talk) 04:51, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
- Thank you for the expansion @Usernameunique: I have fixed the CN tag and added a little more. Philafrenzy (talk) 11:02, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
