Carnegie Library (Guthrie, Oklahoma)
[edit]- ... that the Carnegie Library (pictured) in Guthrie, Oklahoma, now part of the Oklahoma Territorial Museum, was the second such built in the state and is the oldest still existing?
- ALT1:... that Andrew Carnegie objected to the use of part of his grant money to add amenities such as a dome, fireplaces and public meeting room to the Carnegie Library (pictured) in Guthrie, Oklahoma?

- Article length and age are fine, no copyvio or plagiarism concerns, reliable online sources are used. However the note pertaining to the hook "is the oldest still existing" requires a citation. Also check disamb. for "Guthrie Historic District" MisterBee1966 (talk) 14:56, 15 August 2014 (UTC)
- It appears that my issues have been addressed. I believe this article meets the criteria. MisterBee1966 (talk) 16:34, 19 August 2014 (UTC)
- Hi, Yoninah, I have added a citation for that statement that I hope will clarify the issue. If not, please let me know. Apparently Carnegie had quite a few demands of organizations to whom he had granted funds. This is also indicated by the Wikipedia article Carnegie library, but there is no in-line reference there.
