De Filippi's Petrel

[edit]

5x expanded by Cwmhiraeth (talk). Self nominated at 08:16, 12 October 2013 (UTC).

  • Attractive 5x expansion. Meets all other requirements, but there is no citation for the hook (i.e. for the statement that it was named after him). Can you fix that? NinaGreen (talk) 19:55, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
I thought it self-evident that De Filippi's Petrel (Pterodroma defilippiana) was named after him in the circumstances of the voyage and date of description. However, I have with some difficulty found a suitable reference. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:49, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
  • Thanks! Keep up the great work! GTG. NinaGreen (talk) 14:49, 13 October 2013 (UTC)
