Green iora

[edit]

  • ... that the male green iora (pictured) has bright yellow eyelids? Source: "Adult male. Lores through anterior and posterior points of eye-rim, ... black; upper and lower eyelids otherwise broadly bright yellow." The Birds of the Thai-Malay Peninsula
    • ALT1:... that the broken eye-ring of the male green iora (pictured) looks like a pair of bright yellow eyelids?

  • New enough, long enough, neutral, appropriately sourced. Spot checks against sources reveal no copyvio or plagiarism concerns. QPQ done. Image provided is CCSA 2.0 and is confirmed to be a cute little bird. I'm inclined to prefer ALT1, personally, but either is likely acceptable. If the base hook is used, I'd suggest "eyelids" be quoted (since they're not actually eyelids). Squeamish Ossifrage (talk) 16:51, 9 May 2018 (UTC)
