Highway of Tears (film)
[edit]- ... that the documentary film Highway of Tears was created to draw attention to Canada's unsolved Highway of Tears murders, and won an award at the Malibu Film Festival?
Created by Ribbet32 (talk). Self-nominated at 23:17, 3 July 2016 (UTC).
- The article is new, having been created and nominated on 3 July. The article is also long enough, having more than 2,000 characters in the prose. The article is generally neutrally written and appears clear of any copyright/close paraphrasing problems. The hook is suitable, being within the required length and sourced. QPQ has not been performed, but based on this it appears to be Ribbet32's first nomination, so that's no problem.
- But, unfortunately there is a problem with the sourcing of the article. The second paragraph of the "Content" section is entirely unsourced. That is something that will have to be attended to before I can pass the nomination. At the same time, the first sentence of the "Production" section joins quite a few phrases together and is unclear. If that could be fixed too it would be good. - Tweaked production section. As for the "Content" section (which I just renamed "Subject"), I envisioned it as the equivalent of a "Plot" section for a non-documentary film and as I understand it, references are not expected there; the source is the film itself. - On reflection, given the content, I've added extra refs to the section; I've also tweaked the hook to hopefully make more interesting. Ribbet32 (talk) 22:23, 4 July 2016 (UTC)
