Huzoor Palace, Porbandar
[edit]- ... that the ornamented porticos in the façade of the Huzoor Palace, Porbandar (pictured) are semi-circular in shape, built with neoclassical columns?

- Article is new enough and long enough. Hook is correctly formatted but perhaps a little dull and technical? Article is well referenced. Pic is adequate but does not display well at small size. Some sort of close up (possible derived from the original) would work better. The statement that it is "used by the successors of the Maharaja's family who reside in London" needs rewording as if they are in London they can't be using it. Isn't it porticos not porches, and pillars or columns not colonnades? Ref 2 (Gandhi) doesn't appear to support the content in the article. AGF on offline sources. I detected no close paraphrasing/copyvios. Needs a QPQ. Philafrenzy (talk) 00:52, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Philafrenzy: Thanks for the review. QPQ done. As regard to ref 2 (Gandhi) the text reads "“an annual event that takes place around Navaratri when the townsfolk line up at Huzoor palace to pay their respects to the erstwhile maharaja and maharani" which is given in paraphrased form the second para of the lead. Alt Hook suggested keeping the above suggestion

- Corrected the original hook in preference to an alt. What about the colonnades? I didn't see that word in the sources and I don't think there is a colonnade at the palace. What about the pic? Are you going to try a different one? Philafrenzy (talk) 22:01, 10 July 2015 (UTC)
- @Philafrenzy: Thanks. Corrected to "columns" in the original. Img changed to a cropped one. There is no other img of this palace in Wikicommons.--Nvvchar. 00:40, 11 July 2015 (UTC)
