Jack Brooksbank
[edit]- ... that Jack Brooksbank, husband of Princess Eugenie, was not given a peerage following his marriage as there is no general precident for a commoner to be given one on marriage to a princess? Source: Town & Country

- Reviewing. First impressions favorable but "precident" in the hook does not appear correct. "Title" could be wikilinked, hopefully to a specific article, as could peerage. Copyedit the hook please. — Frayæ (Talk/Spjall) 16:27, 29 October 2018 (UTC)

Overall: First paragraph in the "Early life and family" needs a citation. Ancestry section also needs a citation or a note. Some close paraphrasing issues noted below. The hook is cited and interesting, but is too dissimilar in wording to the article. Overall a decent article, and will be approved easily with a couple quick changes. Flibirigit (talk) 01:50, 4 December 2018 (UTC)
- Paraphrasing
- the phrase "who split their time between London and France's Bordeaux wine region." is too close to the original, here
- the phrase "Brooksbank was general manager of Mahiki, the Mayfair nightclub" is too close to the original, here
- @Flibirigit: I have made the changes and amended the hook slightly. I have removed ancestry because I cannot find something that reliably reports it. The C of E God Save the Queen! (talk) 07:53, 4 December 2018 (UTC)
