Article is new enough, long enough, adequately sourced, and free from close paraphrasing. The hook is cited inline and verified; however, the source only mentions Brookings and does not explicitly mention South Dakota, in which case I'd suggest linking to Brookings in the hook. - Thanks. I really like the hook, but I'm kinda worried about the word "complained" since I feel that some people might interpret it as a BLP violation. I'd approve it, but I'm not sure if that using that word would fly, so I think it might be a good idea to ask another editor for thoughts on the suitability of that word.
