Peter McAdams
[edit]- ... that Peter McAdams received the Medal of Honor for carrying his wounded comrade 250 yards (230 m) while under fire?
ALT1:... that Peter McAdams immediately requested permission to enter enemy lines to rescue his wounded comrade?

- Hi FiendYT, review follows: article created 17 December; article exceeds minimum length; article is written well and cited inline throughout to reliable sources; I have added a lead to the article; I could not access the two main sources but am happy to AGF that there is no overly close paraphrasing from them; the first hook is mentioned in the article and referenced (I altered it slightly as the article made no mention of "heavy" fire) - AGF on sources; I have struck the second hook as the article makes no mention of "immediately" and without it there is no sense of the exceptional nature of the rescue; my preference is for the first hook anyway, context could be added by linking to Battle of Salem Church; QPQ has been carried out - Dumelow (talk) 10:25, 19 December 2018 (UTC)
- Hello Dumelow, how about ALT2:... that Peter McAdams received the Medal of Honor for carrying his wounded comrade 250 yards (230 m) while under fire during the Battle of Salem Church? Thanks! FiendYT ★ 16:20, 19 December 2018 (UTC)
