Both articles are long enough, Poeciliopsis lucida is new (created 11 Dec), and Poeciliopsis monacha is recently expanded > 5x. Neutral, interesting and appropriately referenced. Hook is short enough, neutral and interesting, cited in both articles, and verified in online reference. Spot checks did not reveal close paraphrasing. QPQ done.
