Usage

This template is used to create a table detailing information about articles with standardized titles across a set of regions. Though it can be used by anyone, it is primarily intended to aid WikiProjects in assessing the status of articles concerning combining topics and regions, whether the project is focused on a large region (such as WP:WikiProject United States) or a focus topic (such as WP:WikiProject LGBT studies).

The information displayed for each title-region combination includes the article rating, the article's status (which can be Article exists, Redirect, or Article DNE (Does not exist), where it redirects if applicable, and the associated category for the article.

Paramaters

• Title X (at least 1 required, 5 maximum): The title be displayed across various regions. Use REGION or REGIONAL as wildcards that will be replaced by each given region name or adjective respectively.
• catX: (optional): Used to set custom categories for a given set of titles. cat1 is the category for title 1, cat2 for title 2, etc. If not set, the title name will be used by default. Pattern matching with REGION and REGIONAL is the same as for titles.
• Selected regions (one of the following parameters required)
  • region_list: pass a custom comma-separated list of regions (ex: Argentina, Brazil, Cambodia)
  • regions: select a named list of regions from the config file
    • Currently predefined regions are test_group and test_group2.
• Region notes: (optional)
  • These are used to set arbitrary notes for region rows. Spaces should be replaced with underscores. For example, one can set Brazil_notes or United_Kingdom_notes. Notes for regions not provided will not be displayed (ie: setting Mars_notes will only display if Mars is a passed region.
