Usage
[edit]This template is used by the Wikimedia Foundation when a user is banned from participating on the English Wikipedia or on all Wikimedia wikis.
{{WMF-legal banned user|global=yes}} yields:
 | Consistent with the Terms of Use, this user has been banned indefinitely by the Wikimedia Foundation from editing all Wikimedia sites. Please direct any questions to ca  wikimedia.org.
