|Autoantigen =
One isoform section. Answer Yes to OneIsoform only if one isoform of autoantigen exists. OneIsoformSpecialName refers to an autoantigen name if different from that used in the title. For example Topoisomerase is the Autoantigen used in the box whereas Topoisomerase I can be used in the OneIsoformSpecialName feild.

Shared Information section. Answer Yes to SharedInfo if two isoforms and there are common characteristics of the autoantigen or autoantibodies against them. If only one isoform exists SI_ and I#_ fields.

1st Isoform section. If any information on the first isoform exists, the Isoform1 feild should have an entry, generally the Autoantigen isoform. For example: Tissue transglutaminase is an isoform of transglutaminase. If only one isoform exists, use one isoform and delete all I#_<field> tags below.

2nd Isoform section. If any information on the second isoform exists the Isoform2 field should have an entry.

3rd Isoform section. If any information on the third Isoform3 exists the Isoform1 field must have an entry, This field and all I3_<fields> can be eliminated if not used.

Key
[edit]- One isoform, One - means only one isoform
- SharedInfo, SI_ - means more than one isoform with some common characteristics of the antigen or antibodies.
- Isoform1, I1_ - the specific qualities of that autoantigen or its cognate autoantibodies
- Isoform2, I2_ - the specific qualities of that autoantigen or its cognate autoantibodies
- Isoform3, I3_ - the specific qualities of that autoantigen or its cognate autoantibodies
Field Keys
[edit]Example:Isoform1
The specific name of the isoform as reported, the Approved Name at HGNC, execptions the isoform is an allele of a gene. (Required for all but single isoform autoantibodies and Shared Information section)
|Isoform1 =
HGNC approved named for the gene locus, exceptions-append name with an allele of that gene. For example HLA-DRB1*0201. (Optional but preferred)
|I1_Gene =
The organ primarily affected by the autoantibody to the IsoformOne autoantigen. (Optional)
|I1_Organ =
The Tissue primarily affected by the autoantibody to the Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional)
|I1_Tissue =
The cells in a particular tissue primarily affected by the autoantibody to the Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional)
|I1_Cell =
The other targets in a particular tissue primarily affected by the autoantibody to the Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional) Other targets can be extracellular matrix, serum proteins, etc.
|I1_Also =
The other targets in a particular tissue primarily affected by the autoantibody to the Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional but preferred)
|I1_Disease =
The immunoglobulin class of the autoantibodies in a particular tissue primarily affected by the autoantibody to the Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional)
|I1_Class =
The immunoglobulin subclass (ussually IgG) of the autoantibodies in a particular tissue primarily affected by the autoantibody to the Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional)
|I1_IgGSubclass =
The HLA serotypes (because these link to wikipages) that are associated with the autoantibodies or the autoimmune disease for Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional) An example, HLA-DQ2 cannot present transglutaminase directly, but HLA-DQ2 and anti-tTG are strongly associated with enteropathic gluten sensitivity.
|I1_HLA1 = |I1_HLA2 = |I1_HLA3 =
Other genes (HGNC gene ID) that are associated with the autoantibodies or the autoimmune disease for Isoform1 autoantigen. (Optional)
|I1_AssociatedGene =
Pathogens, Foods, Other substances, other diseases that are likely triggers. (Optional)
|I1_Trigger =
