Changed order of Tiverton and Honiton and Wakefield

I've moved the order that Tiverton and Honiton and Wakefield were placed. The two by-elections occurred on the same day and therefore, it makes sense to me that these should be listed alphabetically. They were not originally. RyanPLB (talk) 13:54, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
