I'm having a problem finding references to this part of the statement "or attempt to rewrite all sentences to avoid pronouns altogether." This "rule" has been stated somewhere? If so please point me in the right direction-thanksChangalangaIP (talk) 22:08, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Respectfully, this is the correct place.I think the bolded part needs changing.ChangalangaIP (talk) 23:08, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
No, it's not. This is a sublevel talk page. It's not watched by many if any editors. All discussion concerning it takes place at the top level talk page, Template talk:Editnotices. If you look there you will see how it is done, using a heading referring to the specific subpage you want to discuss. Skyerise (talk) 23:34, 2 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It's just common-sense advice to avoid odd language constructs or excessive repetition of their name. I don't see what needs to be done here. Alakzi (talk) 00:01, 6 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please change female and male to feminine and masculine, respectively. Pronouns are masculine/feminine, not male/female. See he and she. (Pinging @Floydian: who created page since this page isn't watched by many). EvergreenFir (talk) Please re 19:46, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The article currently uses feminine pronouns throughout, as per applicable policy. Please do not change feminine to masculine pronouns, or attempt to rewrite all sentences to avoid pronouns altogether. See the talk page for further discussion.

Please change to: The article uses feminine pronouns per MOS:IDENTITY. Please do not change feminine to masculine pronouns, or attempt to rewrite sentences to avoid pronouns. See the talk page notices for further discussion and ask for help there.

This page is for the template, not the article EvergreenFir (talk) Please re 23:26, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm aware of that, it still can be worded better and more directly.2602:306:CE95:57B0:B5B0:A065:E0C5:E2F9 (talk) 00:12, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I've tried to accommodate your request. Alakzi (talk) 23:58, 5 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please add the following, or a similar notice about the article's discretionary sanctions, to the edit notice:

Alternatively, please add:

Because this article contains material about one or more trans women, it should adhere to Wikipedia's guideline on gender identity, even if it is not a biography. According to MOS:IDENTITY, such a woman should be referred to using the gendered nouns and pronouns (e.g., "she", "her") that "reflect [her] latest expressed gender self-identification." This applies in references to any phase of her life. Quotations and titles of published works may need to be handled as exceptions. Also please avoid phrases that seem logically impossible or distracting (e.g. use She became a parent for the first time, not She fathered her first child.) Finally, please note that this talk page is not a forum. If material violating this guideline is repeatedly inserted, or if there are other related issues, please report the issue to the WT:LGBT, or, in the case of living trans women, to WP:BLPN.

This notice is on the article's talk page, but it is not noticeable while editing. As there have been many edit wars in recent days, this may need to be added. Epic Genius (talk) 23:05, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Done - added . Alakzi (talk) 23:14, 4 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
