Zero-indexing confusion

@Yurik: Please resolve an indexing error where all the monthly bars are shifted one month back. The underlying data is correct, but, for instance, Feb 2015 was far colder than Jan 2015 but is currently represented as the latter. CaradhrasAiguo (talk) 22:14, 14 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
