Automated translation
Yes, it is possible. From now on, the first argument can be in Georgian and it automatically translates characters into IPA. --Dixtosa (talk) 18:42, 28 July 2014 (UTC)

- Georgian editors (and maybe others too) can no longer worry about putting exact IPA characters in the IPA-ka template.
- Or in other words, now you can do this and still get this - [mɪχɛɪl sɑɑkʼɑʃvɪlɪ]--Dixtosa (talk) 11:21, 29 July 2014 (UTC)
- @Dixtosa: How did you do the coding? And upon which template have you based this code? Jaqeli 11:23, 29 July 2014 (UTC)
- No, template code would be way too cumbersome. There are also modules in Wikimedia projects. And heres the code. This module has been successfully used for a year in Wiktionary by the way.--Dixtosa (talk) 11:28, 29 July 2014 (UTC)
