TfD nomination of Template:Needkhmer
[edit]Template:Needkhmer has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for Deletion page. Thank you. — Chris 05:25, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
Since you insist on deleting the proper tagging, I am putting this in the public record. I've now had to clean up several of your guesswork edits today. Chris 05:25, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
- It's best if you join discussion among editors active in Khmer-related subjects first rather than "hit-and-run" tag. The new template, from discussion with such editors, is likely to replace the old, squaring with our other Asian-script-needed tags. The statement "Ive now had to clean up several of your guesswork edits today" is, it goes without saying, extremely rude. Badagnani 05:31, 19 June 2007 (UTC)
New image
[edit]The previous image this template was using said 'Srok Khmer,' which means 'Khmer Country'. So I've replaced it with 'Pheasa Khmer' which means 'Khmer language.' This image uses an OS font in a traditional Khmer style script. --Dara 20:31, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- I liked the old font better but I'll leave it up to you. Have you commented on the proposed deletion of the template yet? You might want to, if you think the template is useful/valuable (or not). The discussion is here. Badagnani 20:34, 21 June 2007 (UTC)
- Ok, I can change it to the other font if I find it, but I only used this one because it was open-source (more suitable for Wikipedia). And about the template thing, I'm not sure what to say. I'll just leave it up to the pros to decide. Heheh. --Dara 03:45, 23 June 2007 (UTC)
