Scope

[edit]

Template gets meaningless with inclusion of schools operating under state educational institutions and state curriculum. In Croatia and Bosnia (but also in Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, more-less in all former Yugoslavia republics) is a such a case, and these are not Serbian schools - they are not established and maintained or supported by Serbian state and its ministry of education under Serbian national curriculum. Regarding language, in Bosnia & Herzegovina Serbian language is official, and Serbs are nationals as they are constitutive nation. Some difference between schools in Bosnia exists, but these are based only on outdated curriculum and/or syllabus, where optional "National group of a subject" exists, if there is a demand for it (enough students) - but even that will be unified under pressure of UNESCO and EC. With Croatia is more-less the same, only language is not official state wide but in localities where Serbs live in relative majority. So, if you want this template to endure test of Wikipedia guidelines for templates (also Categorization), than stick to diaspora establishments by Serbian government (or any state institution) - don't confuse ethnic identity and its presence in some communities and official status of language with Serbian state endorsement and support like what happens in case of diaspora.

Besides, most of the schools included in this template, especially concerning these in Croatia, don't have their respective Wikipedia articles.

However, you can always create a template which includes all schools that have in their curriculum included Serbian language "National group of subjects", "syllabi", and so on, regardless of county, but than you have to include thousands of them, and I wouldn't wish to take on that task. Nonetheless, don't confuse it with Serbian state (or national) devised curricula with some superficial endorsement and organizational or financial support.--౪ Santa ౪99° 14:51, 28 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
