A fossil shell of the hildoceratid ammonoid Pseudogrammoceras expeditum. The shell dates back to the Toarcian age (174.1–182.7 million years ago) of the Early Jurassic epoch and is about 3.5 cm in diameter. It was collected near Mende, France.
