David E. Stimmel (Designer)
David Eric Stimmel is an American Designer, based in the Philadelphia region, in Ambler, Pennsylvania. He was the first American to win the International Designer of the Year award in London f0r the year 2014. Until this time, no American has ever won this award. He has since won this multiple times.
Early Years
[edit]Born in Abington, Pennsylvania, March 25, 1965. He spent his childhood with an interest in Art and Sculpture.
Designing
[edit]He began designing kitchens and then baths, with an interest in combining his love of art along with form and function. He started started Stimmel Design Group which has steadily grown. Under his direction of Stimmel Design, He has expanded his designs to include both residential and commercial projects, for all areas of interior and exterior design. His work is now found worldwide. ...

International Recognition
[edit]Until 2014, the International Kitchen and Bath Award had never been won by an American designer. He has now won the award multiple times.
