AdventHealth Winter Park is a non-profit hospital in Winter Park, Florida, United States owned by AdventHealth.

History

In 1955, Winter Park Memorial Hospital was founded by the non-profit Winter Park Health Foundation.[2]

In 1994, Columbia/HCA acquired a half interest in the hospital from the foundation.[3]

In late March 2000, Florida Hospital announced that it planned to purchase Winter Park Memorial Hospital.[4] In early July, it officially took over the management of the hospital.[2]
