Cat of the Night

Cat of the Night - a slightly different version of the on-line name I usually use: MidnightCat. Actually, I've a feeling that I did have a thing on here by that name but I've lost the password and my e-mail has changed several times since then so I can't use it. My other on-line names, on various forums and games and things, are: Deatheater22, Freddie's Pet Human, and Bellatrix.

User Boxes

Wow, I've just discovered the joy of user boxes! [1]

About me

[edit]

I'm a female teenager who lives in a weird little hamlet in the middle of nowhere. I really enjoy reading and writing especially fantasy fiction. Recently, I've been ever so slightly obsessed with a young writer's website called scriblist which is mentioned in the collaborative writing article.

I absolutely love Music as a subject. I play clarinet, easily the most awesome woodwind instrument, and am a grade 5. I took my grade 5 exam a year ago and still haven't got the results - I think they've got lost in the school system somewhere. But now I'm changing teachers so I'll probably have to redo it. I made a hash of it anyway so I'm not too bothered.

I also do Drama. I'm really annoyed at my friends because when we have one too many people in the group I'm the one who has to leave because they're all selfish beebles's. As you can tell, I like making up my own words.

I'm starting to enjoy doing Engineering now. The first term of it was sooooo boring because all we did was orthopaedic drawing after orthopaedic drawing. But now we've got better facilities so we're doing metalwork, electrical work, heat treating, all sorts.

Books

[edit]

As I mentioned I'm an avid reader of all things fiction. I particularly love Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events, Harry Potter, Terry Pratchet's Discworld and many others books in that genre. The most recent book that I've read is A space oddesy by Arthur C. Clarke - absolutely amazing! Loved it. I also enjoyed Robert Rankin's The Dance of the Voodoo Handbag and The Hollow Chocolate Bunnies of the Apocalypse.

KEYS TO THE KINGDOM BY GARTH NIX IS AWESOME!

Help

[edit]

Seriously, WHAT DO PEOPLE DO WITH THEIR USER PAGES? I'm determined that I'm going to have the best page ever but what do you do with one? I admit this is a terrible page at the moment but could someone pretty please give me a couple of pointers. It would be much appreciated.
